Been out trick or treating with the kids and I'm beat so this one's gonna be short.
I thought I would periodically have basic posts on what I ate that day, my current weight, and exercise or running length. Let this be the first of those.
Breakfast: A frozen spicy chicken sandwich.
Lunch: 3/4 of a small Hideaway pizza and a salad.
Dinner: Leftover Cheeseburger and some chips.
Snacks: Oh c'mon, it's Halloween. I obviously ate a handful or two of candy. (pssst. . . click on this link for something awesome.)
Exercise: Walked about 4 blocks (while trick or treating).
Current Weight: Still 343
Obviously I am off to a poor start. I thought I'd do better than this. It helps seeing it typed out like that though. The day's meals look even worse when stacked together like that. This has really put things in focus.
Tomorrow I must do better.
